(1) D-tartaric Acid is widely used in food, chemistry and light industry, etc. Mainly used in manufacture tartaric acid salts, such as potassium sodium tartrate, and can be used as beer foaming agent. 
 
(2) D(-)-Tartaric acid can be used as sour agent, biochemical reagents, racemic materials splitting agent, splitting agent in beverage, sugar, bread, gelatin.
 
(3) D-tartaric Acid is also applied in tanning, photo, glass,enamel and telecom materials industries.
