Application
(1) Glycolic acid is used as tannery auxiliary agent, water disinfectant, milk shed disinfectant, boiler descaling agent, etc.
(2) Glycolic acid can be used as organic synthetic raw material for the production of ethylene glycol. Glycolic acid is mainly used as a cleaning agent. It can also be used as a reagent in chemical analysis.
(3) Glycolic acid as daily chemical additives to replace fruit acid.
(4) Mainly used as dyeing AIDS for wool and acrylic fibers, Glycolic acid also used as raw materials for the production of ethylene glycol, menthol glycolate and quinine glycolate, and as substitutes for tartaric acid.
(5) Glycolic acid can be as analytical reagent, pH control, organic synthesis, preparation of menthol and quinine esters, preparation of hair colorants.
